This package includes access to the support desk and you can raise an unlimited amount of tickets and the first 15 minutes of each ticket is included in the costs. Any further time required is charged in 30 minute blocks at a reduced rate of £12+VAT for each 30 minutes.
We close 98% of all tickets in less than 15 minutes.
We also dont tie our clients into long term contracts and offer this service on a 30 day rolling contract.

This package is for those that want that all inclusive experience. Everything in the peace of mind package is included but with no time limits on tickets. So truly unlimited IT Support for those who want to know whatever happens its all covered
This means when you log a ticket with us no matter how long it takes its all included. This package is very popular with our clients who just want to know that IT is a fixed cost when it comes to support.
Also included in our All Inclusive package is quarterly review meetings and a password manager for each user on support.
The Password Manager is a true life saver and means you can control and manage all company passwords securely.
